    WHAT IS A GOOD IDEA

          
    BE ACTIVE - YOUR WAY - EVERYDAY  The human body is a motion machine, to move and dance, jump and run, sing and play.  We've been gifted this body that is able to do ANY THING WE TEACH IT TO, and won't do anything unless we make it move.  The more active we are all day everyday the better our bodies and minds will perform.  No, you do not have to run a marathon, but if you have stairs in your home, you could start by running up and down them at every opportunity.  When was the last time you picked up a skipping rope? Stop Leaning on anything, use your body muscles o hold yourself up straight and with attention to posture you will experience improved body form and function.
