    Food Fact Sheets

    It is useful to have all the facts, or at least as many as possible, with everything we do and that includes most importantly, the foods we eat.  Here are some fact sheets that will give you loads of data around foods and how much and which ones.  It is a good place to start when learning a new healthy way of being.  Food is our life and when that is put in the rightest intention, it does give us life, we should be picking only the good stuff, the food we know will provide something our body can use.  Take some time to view the following sheets and learn about the food you are eating.
