    I was given the name Angela Danielle after my birth early on the third day of January in 1966 and I like it :-).  From that point on I was given a great many other gifts in the form of some of life's biggest challenges that, to me at the time, seemed to be unsurmountable problems that I would carry for a lifetime. Little did I know then, that they were to be the stepping stones that would take me to a place where I can learn to help other people who may also be struggling with what might seem to them to be some of life's biggest problems.  Help them to overcome any hurdle on their own with confidance and an understanding that when you have new knowledge you will think differently and when you think differently your perceptions change, you will see your world different.  You can trust that when you learn that it is YOU that gets to decide everything for YOU -good and bad, you will see that the negative you have in your life is an opportunity for you to become a greater person, and to acquire a knowledge base that you previously did not have access.  When I began to realize that the most precious gifts we can receive are often disguised by frustrations, challenges or fears that we create for ourselves from within, I was able to be grateful for much more in my life.  We tend to create the situations we do in our lives, based on what we want to experience. If it is our desire to be and do great things, then guess what-we have to be able to do and be great in our definition of those words. I have always been someone who helps other people do the things that they want to do, but don't think they can. I want to show people how much control they do have in the creation of their health.  People who are ready to take responsibility for their own personal wellness will benefit a great deal from what I am sharing. 
    The following information is simply just more detail regarding my lessons on the way to Here.  Here, being at THE PLACE WHERE I CAN HELP OTHER PEOPLE WHO TRULY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT AND GET HEALTHY FOR LIFE.  I can teach people who want to do it on their own in the privacy of their own mind, body and space.  However, I have to say that I cannot help anyone who does not understand that in order to change any experience in our life we have to make changes and we have to take responsibility.  In other words it can be done if you want to do it and I can tell you how. (I can only TELL YOU HOW TO, YOU HAVE TO DO IT.)

    How it all started,

    This is me (Angela) and my youngest son, Dylan 5 years ago. At this time I am proud to be wearing size 16 and not 18+ anymore.
    First, I would like to explain where I come from, the training I received, or in other words, the challenges I chose.  My Mom being the center of my world on one hand was constantly on diets and taking pills and programs to lose weight and on the other hand, was baking 14 loaves of white bread a week for a family with 4 children.  Every holiday was an opportunity for a great baking dessert food feast (this proved to me information I was to later learn about sugars, their forms and which ones we need for cellular communication), and Christmas baking began before summer was over.  Summertime was the time for fast food, like fried chicken, T.V dinners, loads of ice cream and frozen flavored/colored sugar water, greasy burgers with fries and fried onions or fresh cream on everything.  During summer and fall harvest, there was always a massive abundance of fruits and vegetables that are processed so that they can be stored for use at a later time, the fruit was always preserved with processed white sugar(lots).  And we loved it!
    As fall set in, the oven in the kitchen got turned on.  Lists were made of what was to be baked and when, as well as how much butter, sugar and flour were required to fill the freezers with sweets of many flavors, shapes and sizes.  Six to eight weeks was spend baking and freezing, everyone(that could) participated in the baking, shaping and dipping of the treats.  On Christmas Eve in my parents' home it was tradition to go out for dinner, then come home and break out the treats that everyone spend so much time and effort on.  A pretty table cloth covered the wood surface atop a large 4"x8" pool table.  There was a beautiful  Christmas candle centerpiece and then bowls, trays, and plates of all shapes and sizes, loaded with a variety of all the beautiful treats we'd made.  The dishes were kept full while supplies lasted, from Christmas eve until New Years Day.  New Years resolutions were made to lose weight always.  When I was ten years old, I experienced my first real lesson from my Mom on dieting and how to lose weight if you are too fat.  She and I ate different food then the rest of them for dinner for 7 days and at the end of the 7 days I had lost 5 lbs.  My Mom was happy and I was allowed to have chocolate cake for dessert like everyone else.  My teen years were spent on any number of different diets right up until I got married at 21 and at that time I weighed in at about 160lbs. by the time I was 30, I'd had two children and now weighed around 197lbs. (BTW: the only time I was able to enjoy clothes shopping was when I was pregnant and the clothes were supposed to be huge).  My health was quickly deteriorating-this body had spent 25+ years living on junk food and being malnourished of many essential nutrients and then that same body grew and delivered two babies in the span of 19 months. Systems in my body began to fail and doctors did not know what DISEASE I had.  They did tests for 5 years before giving it the title MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS.  At this time I am still overweight and terribly unhealthy.  A few years pass, the Doctors and Specialists tell me I will be in a wheelchair by the time I am 45.  I am getting trial drug treatments and loads of prescription meds to eleviate the symptoms.  By the time I was 36 years old, I had to have a walking aid, I could not see, talk, walk or even shower properly  without help or aid of some kind.  I think that at the time, I was perfectly on track to what the doctors were predicting.  About 8 years ago, one very special person asked me WHAT IF the nutrition she was eating could do for me what she was experiencing that it could do for her.  That very patient lady showed me a path of knowledge that would allow me to walk away from any of the health challenges I was faced with.  That path lead to a study in nutrition, foods, and the human body. After less than 24 months, I was no longer taking any needles or prescription medication for my DISEASE.  The symptoms I was experiencing were deminishing quickly.  I was regaining my health.  Within 4 years of beginning to supplement my diet with the essential glyconutrients, I was medicine free and could walk, and see and talk as good as I ever had been able to.

    5 years ago, I weigh in at about 195lbs of poorly maintained body weight because of a previous sedentary lifestyle, my fat stored evenly over my whole entire body including in and around vital organs. 5 Years ago, both my children were beginning high school and were each 50-60lbs overweight. Teasing had been the course through most of elementary school for them, because they were fat. We were all fat, and I wanted to change that. I began on the floor in my living room with my youngest son for a deal on a guitar that he wanted and if he was willing to exercises with me everyday for a specified time frame he would have earned the guitar. Results happen quickly when we add new knowledge. I do this and after 6 months of it, I am getting motivated. I register for a Personal fitness trainer certification course, because by this time I am so starving for information to support what I am experiencing for results in my health simply from nutrition. It can be difficult for some people to grasp the importance of proper nutrition when so few are made to be fully responsible for their own wellness by having to take care of the body properly. If you lived in a beautiful home that looked good from the inside and out, I'd bet that you would want to clean it if it gets dirty, repair any damage caused by neglect or other circumstances and just maintain an overall appearance of a well taken care of home. I consider my body to be the first house in which I live and I want to keep that house clean and as well maintained as I am able. I take the course and earn a 97% gpa and then here we are now and I want to share what I've learned.

    I am so excited for the possibilities for everyone else now.  If I am able to do it, so can anyone!  I spent the time and read the books and took the trainings and spent the money on the courses.  You don't have to.  You can learn here from me on this site.  You can lose weight and not have to wear baggy clothes all the time or have rolls hanging around your middle. You can lose weight right from the comfort of your own home.  You need to be dedicated to yourself and the personal goals that you are currently growing into. 

    It is a most amazing feeling to be healthier now than I ever have been in my life.  I really hope that you are able to use this information and find within yourself the understanding that if you really do want something to change then you really do have to change something and I can tell you some really important things to do to start that change happening.  All you have to do is DO IT.  You can now consider yourself a lean healthy strong individual that is getting a solid understanding of knowing how to think lean healthy and strong while you practice how to be lean healthy and strong.
